Visitor journey on our website
When you visit our website, your browser temporarily records a brief history of the pages you view during your visit. This record is kept in your browser's session storage, never on our servers, and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab. We do not use persistent cookies for this purpose and we do not share this data with third-party trackers.
The record may include:
- The pages on our site you visited and the order you visited them in.
- The site or search engine that referred you to us (for example, Google, LinkedIn, a direct link).
- Campaign tags present in the URL when you arrived (UTM parameters, click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid).
- The page you were on immediately before clicking through to the contact form, and the total time you spent on the site.
This information is transmitted to us only when you choose to submit our contact form. It accompanies your message so that we can understand the context of your enquiry, respond with the right information, and measure which content brought you to us. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to handling your enquiry.
If you do not want this record to be sent, you can disable JavaScript in your browser, use private/incognito mode, or simply contact us directly by email at [email protected].
Spam protection on our contact form
To prevent automated abuse of our contact form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHA. When you load the contact form, Turnstile runs an invisible check from your browser to verify you are a real visitor. Cloudflare may process limited technical signals about your browser during this check; it does not require you to solve puzzles, and Cloudflare's Turnstile service does not track you across other websites. See Cloudflare's privacy notice for full detail.
Security of your information
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, as well as the right to object to or restrict our processing of your information. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the information below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed about our use of your personal information.
